first first was Ozzfest 2001 but that kinda doesn't count because I was young and only caught a few of the bands. My first real concert going experience was DT @ MSG on the Train of Thought tour and it's still one of the best shows I've been to

My very fisrt concert experience was the G3 2004 Budapest gig. I saw Robert Fripp, Steve Vai and Joe Satriani. It's memorable for me.

Well, since you guys know I'm old, I will confess that my first concert was sitting down on the grass listening to the Song of Moses right after he led us through the Red Sea.  Pharaoh and the Egyptians were booked to open, but had a last-minute cancelation due to "logistical difficulties."  (some problem with their chariots apparently prevented them from getting their gear to the gig, or something like that)

But seriously:  Quiet Riot headlining on the Condition Critical tour with Whitesnake and Kick Axe opening.  Great show by all three bands, actually.
