Geoff Tate ripped off all his clothes and sang in just that every show for a few songs each night on the Promised Land tour.

Does anyone remember Dragon ball Z? I never watched it obsessively or anything, but doesn't this remind you of it Who knows, maybe it was only a cartoon for when I was growing up; phantasmatron might remember!

You clearly are unaware of my distaste for anything anime or anime-esque. I remember my best friend was obsessed with DBZ in middle school, but I've never seen it.

To be honest I HATE anime as well, (Not really sure why, but I just never got into it, despite trying to be forced by a friend or two), but its one of those culture things, so I remember it. Plus it seems to be made fun of a lot in pop culture shows now.

My boys loved Dragonball Z. It came right after the short-lived Digimon, which came right after the original and base 2 Pokemon.

I watched every damned episode of DBZ 4 times! And yes, he does faintly resemble a character from there.

Now those are other shows I don't want to remember! I think I was the only kid in the world that didn't have pokemon cards when the franchaise was at its peak!

That didn't upset me as much as I saw him wearing eye liner on the Mindcrime At The Moore DVD and see him pulling strange faces (to express pain and sorrow). They should have gotten an actor to play the parts.
