I'm planning to disable postcount based groups entirely and just have Administrators, Global Moderators, Forum VIPs (band members) and Regular Members. Though we might consider setting up a PayPal donation button to help pay server fees if this place gets rockin' busy - those people would get to be Alumni, for helping support the place.

Just thinking out loud. Smiley
My thoughts exactly. We are a relatively small community right now, which is kind of cool and intimate(mmmmm) but I'm afraid that if we start really buzzing the server fees will skyrocket.
Ouch!

$5 - 20ish I believe (at your individual discretion but I think that's average).

Not sure if I can do that for you without doing it for everyone. I'll look into it at some point, but right now I have something else I need to tend to Smiley

Sounds to me like custom titles might be a nice perk for people who want to donate to the forum Wink

Lol so basically people pay a fee for a custom title under the pretense that they are donating money? That might actually rake in the dough, your business mind is first class

You know what I think? Since we are still a relatively small community here...we should form an elite membership title that no one after the 50th member can have EVER! The first 50 people that had the coolness to come here and join. We need a special title for all 50 (well 48,47 if Bosk1 doesnt get around to activating soon) AND I need to get a special reward figured out for those first 50 as well.
Maybe we can be "The USD" United states of Dominici  LOL!  and everyone can have a state, like VFS would be miss louisiana or something(can you tell I got the Hungarian wine bottle out again tonight?) hehe.
Never mind.

BRAINWAVE. Worth a double post. This solves part of the stars issue. Each of the first 50 members get 4 stars - they are forum elders
