So, are you coming to NYC or not? Isn't it getting awfully late to book a flight around the world?

  you tell me.....

ok here's the thing, travelocity will only book wiht a credit card. you can book thru a travel agent or the airlines themselves with a bank account maybe, but not travelocity. and since you have 3 flights per trip in order to make this work, that's going to mean trouble.

but since you need your parents' okay for this trip anyway, could they put it on their  credit card for you, and you pay them back or prepay them actually, out of your account/cash?

You really need to make this trip.

3 flights per trip, that's just madness.

My journey home from Italy was three flights, needless to say we only made it through the first before having to stay over an extra day (which turned out to be awesome )

He's going to be flying for 26 hours straight each way... travelling about 19,000 miles total.

new title for Blob... "Official mascot of Dominici.com"

worst is that he's coming here..... it's like Lewis Black said, if you're gonna fly for over 20 hours, the least people could do is be speaking a foreign language when you get off the plane

oh man you have no idea what you're in for.

he never speaks. he's so quiet, unassuming, shy... way more serious than i'd expected. you probably won't even get to hear it.

i swear he doesn't even know how to take a joke, let alone say something funny, either.

Alright guys, I waited too long. now that holiday inn is running $300 a night if i want the option of cancelling, or $255 a night non-refundable.

I plain and simply cannot afford that, be it for one night or for two.

It's looking very much like I have to miss this entire thing.

I'm trying my best to work it out, but it's SO expensive. How can I spend a mortgage payment's worth of cash on a 2-day trip that's not even out of state?

I'm trying...
