It was small today, but awesome. Everyone was very cool, and Xoxoch has a cool accent. Cheesy

I'll be at the bar at like 4 again tomorrow.

Glad you all had fun Smiley

Also glad the setlists don't interest me much so far, though I"m jealous you guys got As I Am and Endless Sacrifice... two of my favorite DT songs. Sad

I liked last nights setlist a lot, except for the ministry of lost souls, which I just can't listen to at the moment. also I thought john p's guitar was oddly out of tune in that song. I definitely loved the medley!! well we'll see what'll come up tonight.

the iguana meetup was great, I'll be there again.. (we'll discuss the accent thing, nick  Cheesy) but I'll first check out the mp instore appearnce and then head over to the iguana bar, so I'm aiming at around 5.

btw, nick tought me how to pronounce my screenname correctly: it's "so-sok"  I think that sounds like a star wars name!!

Just don't let Jabba steal you away as a slave!

Around here we are having the IIHF, which is the world hockey championships. It's basically the same thing as they do with hockey at the Olympics. Anyway, there are TONNES of fans kicking around from Latvia, Germany, Finland, Norway, etc. You name it, we have it pretty much. So I've been well aquainted with accents over the past few days. The most common question I am asked: "Can you point me in the direction of a bar?"  I'm pretty sure I can now determine that question in any sort of accent

And unlike VFS, I am very jealous of not being there!  Besides meeting all of you guys (which would rock!) I probably haven't even seen a single band that is playing there. Oh well, I'll venture down to New York someday to do it

Wow it sounds like you guys had a blast, I'm sure it would have been great to be there!

I am continuously inspired to make a trip to New York thanks to these forums (is that good or bad?  ) for reasons like this. Would there be any big events like this going on during the summer? I'd love an excuse to see all of you guys, and I still have to check DT off my "bands to see" list. I've contemplated taking another roadtrip to Montreal to see them, but it'd probably be just as cheap to go to New York, and any extra money would be worth seeing you guys and stuff. Your thoughts?
